My service is due during the COVID-19 Government restrictions, what should I do?

We are pleased to offer Premium Express Service – completed within 90 minutes or less and guaranteed next day bookings. Plus, complimentary loan vehicles and pick up - drop off services

Can I still purchase parts for my vehicle at Mercedes-Benz Berwick?

Yes. We are open and trading as normal for all of your essential Service, Sales & Parts needs.

Can I expect the same level of high quality service at Mercedes-Benz Berwick as I would normally?

Yes. Mercedes-Benz Berwick is committed to upholding the high standards and quality that you’ve come to expect from us. Our handshakes may have stopped, but our service hasn’t.

Am I still able to test drive a vehicle I am interested in? 

Yes. We follow the strictest hygiene measures and social distancing protocols to ensure your safety and ours.

If I can’t come to Mercedes-Benz Berwick, is there any other option?

Yes. We offer contactless delivery and virtual tours. Plus we can come to you with our Premium in-home experience. We will bring the vehicle of your choice to your home or office within 60 minutes*.

Will I still be able to receive Roadside Assistance?

Yes. Roadside Assistance will continue to be available 24 hours a day / 7 days a week.
