Weekly Training Rides
This year, Total Rush would like to invite all Mercedes-Benz Berwick Cycling Challenge riders along to their weekly Shop Ride to ensure you’re ready to tackle the challenge.
Departing the Total Rush Richmond store at 7am every Saturday, the ride heads to Mordialloc and back. The ride down is a steady pace where everyone rides as one group, on the way back there are 2-3 speed options ranging from gentle to “full gas”.
After the ride everyone gathers for a coffee and a chat at the Rush Cafe, where Total Rush would like to extend the offer for all Mercedes-Benz Berwick Cycling Challenge riders to enjoy a free coffee upon mentioning that you’re a part of the Mercedes-Benz Berwick Cycling Challenge team.
Group Training Ride
Total Rush will conduct a Training Ride with all 2019 Mercedes-Benz Berwick Cycling Challenge registered riders 1 month before the ride takes place.
